Leadership coach and author, Jem Fuller, had to hit rock bottom before turning his life around so that he could be a better father. He’s now on a mission to help and serve others so that they don’t have to go through what he did.
From crippling anxiety and abusive self-talk Jem rebuilt his life starting with the relationship he had with himself, and the way he spoke to himself. He reflects that the quality of the relationship we have with ourselves is essentially the quality of the relationship we have with the past and with our present.
The beliefs or lenses through which we view our past and present make up how we experience reality. Luckily both of these things are in our power to change, we just have to do the work.
We only can exist in community together. And community can only exist with our ability to communicate. The quality of your community is determined by the quality of the communication within it.
I hope you enjoy this conversation with Jem.
